Presbytery Statement

The Presbytery of Ballymena, which represents over 20,000 people of all ages in the greater Ballymena area, would like to thank all frontline NHS staff and those who provide care in the community for their dedication and professionalism as they seek to deliver safe and high quality medical care under the current immensely challenging working conditions. We are very aware of the unrelenting pressures and intense strain felt by all NHS staff which is causing widespread frustration and sadness, leading to mental and physical exhaustion for many.

As an expression of our pastoral concern, and as an encouragement, our ministers will continue to lead their congregations in praying for you at this very difficult time.

We send you all our warmest regards.

William Sinclair (Moderator)
Joseph Andrews (Clerk)

If you have signed a Gift Aid declaration some time ago and your circumstances have changed e.g. you are no longer paying tax, it is important that you let William McNeilly know as soon as possible, as Kells Church would not be entitled to claim the tax rebate on your contributions. If you are a tax payer or have just become one, or have recently joined Kells and have not signed a Gift Aid declaration, perhaps you would consider doing so. Please speak to William McNeilly or any committee member.
