- Clan C. This is a short devotional time when the children will sing choruses and learn about Jesus Christ our Saviour.
During Inspection, uniform, Bible and gym shoes are checked and marks are awarded. Marks are also awarded for punctuality and behaviour. These marks are used to determine awards at the end of the Campaigner year. During the Display at the end of the Campaigner year some little awards may be presented.
During their time in Eagles each child will have the opportunity to work for eight badges through their scheme called STEPS
Each badge consists of six assessments from four lists.
- Christian eg Know the names of Jesus parents
- Civil eg know five different fruits
- Physical eg bounce a ball and catch it
- Practical eg cut out three simple shapes
Usually work will begin on these badges when your child begins P1 at school.
Wearing the STEPS Badge
Badge Eagles Step Award is worn on the left sleeve, halfway between the shoulder and the elbow. Only the special fabric pens owned by the clan chief should be used on this badge.
